“We can ignore reality, but we cannot ignore
the consequences of ignoring reality.”
Ayn Rand
On a personal note…
The decision to seek help is never easy. It can feel like an overwhelming and daunting process, leaving you anxious and unsure of where to start. The thought of trusting a stranger enough to share the most intimate parts of yourself may seem numbing, even terrifying. These feelings are completely valid and deeply meaningful.
That’s why my first objective in therapy is to co-create a non-judgmental, empathetic space where a genuine relationship and partnership can develop between us. This partnership will serve as a foundation—a safe and supportive vehicle to identify and achieve the specific therapeutic outcomes and goals that we will formulate together.
